We will work closely with you throughout the process providing regular updates on a weekly basis. We support you through the Interview & Selection process and assist with the Offer and Negotiation as well as the Onboarding process. Once the candidate commences, our involvement does not stop there. We keep in touch over the first 3 months with both you and the chosen candidate to ensure a smooth transition. We are so confident in our process that we offer a 12 month Guarantee period.
